From the ancient streets of Wucheng Ancient Town to the silent beauty of lakeside paths, the haunting “Blue Whale” shipwreck, and the vast wetlands that stretch like nature’s canvas, every day invites discovery. This journey is carefully designed for those who love to explore – whether it’s stepping into historic academies, wandering through temple grounds, or breathing in the freedom of the open grasslands. Here, the rhythm of your wheels syncs with the heartbeat of Jiangxi, revealing stories of the past and wonders of the present.
Your journey is fully supported by a dedicated team, including a friendly driver, a knowledgeable tour guide, and attentive support staff. Their accommodation, meals, and service are all taken care of – so you can focus on the experience. Please note, transportation costs such as the tour bus charter, driver’s wage, tolls, fuel, and parking are separate. Accommodation and most meals (lunch and dinner at ¥40 per person) are shared among participants in an AA system. Breakfast (¥15) is included only if confirmed in advance. Any personal expenses or additional meals are not covered.

Ride the stunning 64km “Most Beautiful Water Road” of Poyang Lake, where the stranded “Blue Whale” ship tells a silent story. Visit Bailudong Academy, among China’s Four Great Academies, and lose yourself in seas of blooming astragalus flowers. Explore the historic Laoyemiao Scenic Area with its ancient timber buildings, cliff carvings, and stone inscriptions. Find peace in Poyang Lake Window Wetland Park and reflect at the spiritual Poyang Wanshou Palace. Cycle through the National Wetland Park as birds begin their autumn migration, wander the Ming-Qing style streets of Raozhou Ancient Town, and embrace the wide-open beauty of Lion Mountain Village and the Poyang Lake Grassland – known as the “Largest Grassland in Southern China.” Every turn offers a moment to remember, a scene to cherish, and a story to carry home.

Sightseeing: Wuchang Ancient Town, the "Most Beautiful Water Road" (64 km) of Poyang Lake, and the stranded Poyang Lake "Blue Whale" ship. Enjoy the grass sea during the dry season.
Sightseeing: Bailudong Academy (one of China’s Four Great Academies), ancient ferry battery, Jiangzhou Naval Cultural Park, and Hukou Academy. Admire the blooming astragalus flower sea.

The tour provides one driver, one guide, and one support staff. Their accommodation, meals, and the driver's wage are included in the cost.

The tour starts and ends in Changsha, with overland transport on the first and last days.
Day 1 and Day 8 are primarily travel days by vehicle (400 km and 460 km respectively) to reach the starting point and return from the endpoint.
