Our locally-operated 11-day, 1000 KM coastal cycling expedition offers an authentic journey around the ‘Tropical Paradise’ of the South China Sea, supported by our on-the-ground team every pedal of the way.
Activity Focus: A balanced blend of long-distance coastal cycling, iconic sightseeing, and authentic cultural experiences.
Cycling Core: 8 full days of riding, covering a total distance of approximately 1000 KM.
Cultural Exploration: 2 dedicated days for sightseeing and deeper cultural immersion into Hainan’s Li and Miao heritage.
Optimal Travel Window: The best time for this tour is from November to early March for ideal weather conditions and comfortable riding temperatures.
Hotel standard: We select hotels with good-higher standard, wi-fi connections and laundry services
Challenge & Terrain: Coastal & Long-Distance Riding
Your cycling adventure covers a significant distance along Hainan’s scenic coastline. The main challenge is not the altitude, but the sustained daily mileage and potential coastal winds. Building a good level of endurance is essential for fully enjoying the expedition.
Important Health Advisory: This high-elevation environment is not suitable for guests with heart conditions or for anyone who has undergone surgery in the past six months.
Luggage limit/person: 1 piece check in and 1 backpack A non-refundable deposit (10%) is required by March 1st. Balance to be paid before one monthbefore arrival.
