For any cancellation advised before travel time, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged as our services fee, and the refund will be arranged depending on cancellation policies by different service providers.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you buy comprehensive travel insurance to cover all aspects of your holiday including the loss of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death, inclement weather clause, pre-existing medical condition waiver (includes traveling parties and immediate family).
Responsibilities:
China cycle, act as an agent for services provided by different operators, therefore, all bookings with China Cycle are subject to terms, conditions and limitations imposed by the different operator including airlines, hoteliers, car rental companies, and other service providers.
Baggage and personal effects are at the passenger’s risks and it is the responsibility of the passenger to get insurance against loss or damage.
China Cycle shall be exempt from all liability for losses or added expenses in respect or any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness, or injury, irrespective of the cause, including strikes, war, quarantine and whether or not directly or indirectly caused by any service provided or by a service provider, or by any property used or used by a service providers.
